Sales information

The prices quoted include all legal transfer fees and vat where applicable. There are no additional costs to the purchase of the timeshare week. Please bear this in mind when comparing our prices to those offered by our competitors who will normally add a administration or legal fee to the advertised price.

In accordance with timeshare regulations we will not seek a deposit on any timeshare week. The full balance will be due once the timeshare week has been legally transferred to you and you are in possession of the relative certification.

Once the timeshare week has been legally transferred to you, you will be responsible for the maintenance charge from that date on. We may have paid the maintenance charges in advance for 2008. If you use the week and we have paid the maintenance fee on your behalf we will invoice you for that amount. We will always let you know what the management fees are for any resorts you may be interested in.
