We may have had them for some time paying maintenance fees for them each year or we may have had little interest in them. Remember most resale companies charge for the cost to transfer the timeshare into your names. On most of our weeks all costs are included in the price. In the few cases where it is not, we will quickly establish how much the resort is going to charge and we will let you know in advance.
